Enterprise Georgia delegation visited England with a purpose of familiarizing with setup and operations of Growth Hubs in the UK.
The delegation met with the representatives of ScaleUp Institute, Gloucester, Kemble, and Ashford Growth Hubs and Local Economic Partnerships (LEPs).
The parties agreed to future cooperation, which will allow the agency to utilize accumulated knowledge in the process of establishing regional Growth Hubs in Georgia.
Enterprise Georgia took the initiative of establishing similar hubs in regions of Georgia, where representatives of small and medium-sized businesses will be able to access information-consulting services according to international standards and best practices.
Study tour was implemented by the support of EU and the German government within the Clusters4Development project, implemented by GIZ.
