Today Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia - Mikheil Janelidze conducted official visit to Hungary. During the visit, Georgia-Hungary Business Forum were held co-organized by Georgian and Hungarian Trading Houses. Director of the Georgian National Investment Agency Giorgi Pertaia met potential investors and presented investment opportunities in Georgia.
Furthermore, Hungary will open a USD 68 million credit line to promote business and investments in Georgia. This information has become known during a meeting held between Georgian Foreign Minister Mikheil Janelidze and Hungarian Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó. At the initiative of the Hungarian side, the Eximbank will open a USD 68 million credit line to facilitate the implementation of the joint projects by the Georgian and Hungarian enterprises.
