On October 12, 2011 Keti Bochorishvili GNIA director participated as a key-note speaker at AmCham Business Roundtable meeting. Bochorishvili presented a wide range of investment possibilities to AmCham members during the event.
From tourism to textiles, Georgia is full of opportunities for businesses willing to invest now, according to Keti Bochorishvili. GNIA director stressed that government incentives in Anaklia Free Tourism Zone like the free land, free hotel design and free casino license is a unique opportunity that will not last forever. "Doing business in Georgia is quick, cheap and time is right now" noted Bochorishvili. Tasked with attracting new investments to Georgian economy, GNIA is transforming from an agency that increases awareness about business climate in Georgia to a service provider that creates sector-specific proposals for potential investors.


Deputy Director of the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) Joakim Parker also briefed members on political and economic developments, including the recent National Democratic Institute (NDI) survey and planned meetings in Washington.
GNIA actively cooperates with Amcham participating in various events conducted by the American Chamber of Commerce. In nearest future GNIA will host visitors at its stand in scope of American Citizens Night organized by AmCham on November 10.
