On March 17, 2011 Georgian National Investment Agency organized a second site visit to Anaklia Free Tourism Zone.
Keti Bochorishvili the director of the Georgian National Investment Agency and GNIA investment team members accompanied the second group of investors from USA, Turkey, Russia, India, local government as well as Georgian interested parties to the hotel development area in Anaklia-Ganmukhuri.
Investors had an opportunity to explore all plots of land available for the construction of hotels, the area from which the mineral water is supplied, also surrounding area. Participants of the site visit also walked through the seaside boulvard which is already completed on the Ganmukhuri side and were impressed with the quality of works done in a very short period of time. The boulevard is designed by a Spanish architecture company CMD Ingenieros, S.L. and will be just in front of the hotels in Anaklia.
In the frames of the site visit investors also visited Anaklia-Zugdidi airport construction area and Kobuleti Free Tourism Zone.
Team of investors also visited Batumi city and conducted meetings with the representatives of the local government.
