The Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia invites international companies to pre-qualify for the expression of interest on 100% Sale of the State ownership in the “Georgian Post”, a limited liability company, incorporated under Georgian law.
Georgian Post Ltd. is a major postal operator in Georgia. The company operates nationwide and owns approximately 87,000 square meters of land and 100,000 square meters of building space. The company is the biggest and one of the most trustworthy mail carrier in the country, with a network of offices around the whole country. The Government of Georgia is open to reviewing different concepts of development by the prospective buyer.
Interested parties are encouraged to present a brief description of their views for the development of the company, fully or partially keeping its current core activity (postal services). Interested parties are requested to submit a company profile that should include their official name and address, contact information and contact person, experience statement and key financial indicators.
