Through November 18-20, 2010 Polish business delegation visitedGeorgia. In the frameworks of the visit on November 18 Georgian National Investment Agency, Polish Exporters Association and company „EuroAssociates” organized a business meeting at Courtyard Marriot hotel. The polish delegation was headed by Mrs. Grażyna Henclewska, Vice Minister of Economy. From the Georgian side Mr. Archil Kekelia, First Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development made a welcome speech and emphasized the importance of developing business relations between two countries. Director of the Georgian National Investment Agency provided a detailed presentation on the current investment climate and most attractive sectors for FDI.
On November 19 the bilatteral meetings were conducted between Georgian and Polish company representatives. The Polish side was represented by 8 companies operating in the following fields: furniture production, motor industry, steel and extinguishing products, construction business, food industry, insurance, consulting services.
The business meeting was participated by representatives of 50 Georgian companies. Participants included Teliani Valley, BLC Law office, Goodwill, Insurance company ImediL and Aldagi, Bank of Georgia, ProCredit Bank, Berta etc.
