On November 12, 2010 Georgian National Investment Agency was given award for its official web page awww.investingeorgia.org by Georgian IT Innovation Award 2010. GNIA is a winner in the following nomination: the best online information resource that is diverse in content depicts critical information and is easily accessible. Consequent to the redesign of web page www.investingeorgia.org the traffic generation improved by 25%. It is important that the agency wins this award for the second time during past three years.
Georgian National Investment Agency representatives expressed special thanks to JSC HSBC Bank Georgia for supporting the web page development and Company ITNOVATIONS for the technical development of the web portal. Agency also thanked Caltrider Advisors for its significant contribution.
The award ceremony finalized Georgian Cyber Security and ICT Innovation Conference 2010 which was conducted through 10-12 November. The motto of the event was “Partnerships for Competitiveness, Innovation and Cyber Security” and the major objective to establish and promote effective partnerships among the public and the private sectors, associations and other IT&T industry related organizations in the Central and East Europe, Baltic States, Caucasus and Middle Asia.
