On September 30, 2010 Tbilisi Event Hall hosted the presentation of eBiz Guide Georgia, first Georgia edition launch evening celebrated with cocktails and featuring guests from business and public sector. The organizer of the event was Mr. Jorge Machin, R&D Director of World Investment News and Ms. Karolina Marn.
As a division of World Investment News, eBiz Guides is specialized in producing investment guides on selected countries all over the world. These guide books for business globetrotters offer extensive economic and investment information on the featured countries, focusing on top companies within each sector of the economy. In addition they give insight into what the countries have to offer in terms of leisure and tourism. It should be noted that Georgian National investment Agency highly contributed to the development of eBiz Guide Georgia edition.
The aim of this launch event was to gather decision makers and business executives from the private and public sectors to discuss Georgias current business and investment climate and the importance of international marketing initiatives, such as eBiz Guides.
The event featured a panel discussion on “Georgias Current Business and Investment Climate” and was participated by guest of honour Mr. Irakli Matkava, Director of the Georgian National Investment Agency and the speakers Fady Asly, Chairman of the International Chamber of Commerce and Mr. Kakha Shengelia, President of Caucasus University.
