Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) Representative in the Republic of Georgia

On 8^th of September 2009, the representative office of the Azerbaijan Export and Investment Promotion Foundation (AZPROMO) was opened in Tbilisi, Georgia.

 

The event was attended by the Minister of Economic Development of Georgia, Mr. Zurab Pololikashvili, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Azerbaijan, Mr. Niyazi Safarov, the Deputy Minister of Economic Development of Georgia, Mr. Zurab Alavidze, the Acting Director of the Georgian National Investment Agency, Mrs. Ia Janashia and other officials.  

 

A welcome speech was given by the Deputy Minister Mr. Niyazi Safarov which was followed by the speech of the Minister of Economic Development of Georgia who mentioned importance of developing trade and investment relations between two countries and expressed his appreciation regarding the opening of the regional office of AZPROMO and the visit of high-ranking officials of Azerbaijan to Georgia.
