The Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Lasha Zhvania visited Baku, Azerbaijan on May 20th 2009.
During the visit, the Minister signed the Protocol of Amendments to the “Agreement on Air Communication between the Government of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Government of the Republic of Georgia”, signed on February 3, 1993. The Protocol makes the existing agreement more liberal by abolishing the restrictions for capacity, frequency, tariffs, destination points etc.
