Today in Courtyard Marriot the working meeting was held among the representatives of nearly all large companies and Overseas Private Investment Corporation (OPIC) and International Finance Corporation (IFC).
In order to eradicate the economic and other crisis, resulted from the events, happened in Georgia in the nearest past, it will be continued the financing of large projects in various spheres of economics, besides the assistance from many countries of World. It must be mentioned, that IFC continues the financing of the projects, but OPIC has decided to increase the resource of the financing. “The representatives of the business circles will be informed what sums of money are assigned by the International Financial Institutes, what terms must be satisfied by them. We will assist, that the assistance of America, those sums of money, that will be received, will be used by our businessmen at the most” – Minister of Economic Development of Georgia Ekaterina Sharashidze said.
