The first ever Polish National Exhibition in Georgia will be held on 5-8 December 2007 at the EXPO GEORGIA trade exhibition centre.

 

Nearly 30 companies from Poland will present their goods and services, including: materials for housing & industrial construction, designing of food factories, technologies for meat processing, foodstuffs: dairy products, alcohols, sweets, meats, teas, coffees, pickles, processed fruit and vegetable products, aquarist, garden and terrariums goods, metal goods, military equipment, technical foils, footwear, products and machines for HoReCa sector and many others.

 

The Polish National Exhibition is the reflection of growing interest of Polands business community in cooperation with Georgian partners. “The close strategic co-operation in the area of energy security should be followed by more ties between SMEs of both countries” – said Wieslaw Rozanski, Exhibition Director.

 

More than 60 Polish businessmen will come to Tbilisi to negotiate with potential Georgian partners on bilateral trade and investment possibilities. The Polish side is ready to exchange its experience with Georgian companies on the ways and means of easier access to EU markets, meeting EU standards and requirements and marketing on European markets.

 

The Polish National Exhibition in Georgia will open with a seminar on economic cooperation between Poland and Georgia. The exhibition will also be accompanied by tasting of the best Polish foods and an additional programme of business, cultural, and economic events.
