Prime Minister of Georgia Zurab Noghaideli met his Armenian counterpart Serzh Sarkisian during his visit to Yerevan on October 15. The prime ministers discussed cooperation between their respective nations.
Mr. Noghaideli also attended a Georgian-Armenian economic cooperation conference and signed the document about the economic cooperation with his colleague; the main subject of their negotiations was the mutual cooperation in railway, air transportation and tourism sectors.
The Georgian prime minister stated that the economic cooperation between the two countries would help both of them become more attractive to investors. “Armenia and Georgia should deepen their cooperation in various sectors including transportation, energy, and chemical industries”, Noghaideli stated.
