Local Property Management Service of Tbilisi City Hall receives proposals on building-up land plot at Marshal Gelovani Ave. 1. Proposals should be submitted before August 24.
Starting price of 126,560 square m land plot, where "Digomi vineyards" are currently located, makes up 21.52 million GEL. The winner should cover the cost sum by December 31, 2007.
The winner should provide construction of trade center, exhibition halls, business centers, car parks and other objects on no less than 40% of territory. The rest area will be used for residential house building, accomplishing with complete infrastructure. Works should be implemented from June 2008 to the end of 2010.
City Hall notes that the winner should remove the planting from the mentioned territory to the area, defined by the City Hall and Agriculture Ministry. High voltage power lines would be transferred as well.
