Georgian consulting group Gepra informs that Israeli company Calafar Investment Limited is going to invest in realty in Georgia. Volume of investments should amount to $50 million this year, wile it may increase in future.
Investing projects scope residential complex construction, as well as reconstructions of social and residential objects, Gepra says. According to consulting group, Calafar Investment Limited, mainly engaged in investing in realty, intends to participate in oil refining in Georgia and oil-products supplying.
