Executive Department of Justice Ministry informs that 8.23 million lari was transferred into the state budget in fines, imposed under executed cases in 2006. The same figure was 1.43 million lari in 2005 and 6.06 million lari - in 2004.
According to the Department, court orders were executed for 19,272 administrative cases in 2006 (3,022 - in 2005, 4,413 - in 2004). Fines were imposed as a result of court orders on 2,154 criminal cases (551 - in 2005, 507 - in 2004).
