The Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia Natia Turnava and the Director of the Agency "Enterprise Georgia" Mikheil Khidureli visited the sewing factory "Anabechdi," a uniform manufacturer.
With the support of Enterprise Georgia's Industrial Component, the company added unique sewing machines in its arsenal, which resulted in increased production and expanded the number of employees. At this stage, the company employs about 100 people; and their professional growth is one of its top priorities. As a result, employees of Anabechdi receive periodic, vocational training courses.
Anabechdi Ltd. sews more than 300,000 uniforms a year and entirely sells its products in the local market. The company has created uniforms for such brands as Agrohub, Goodwill, Elit Electronics, Carrefour, Domino, East Point, and others.
The factory also plans to produce fabric in Georgia, as, at this stage, only imported products are present in the country. This means more employees, improved quality on the local market, and offering better conditions.
The total investment of this project is more than 3.7 million GEL.
