The Georgian Stock Exchange informs that two OTC (over-the-counter) deals with shares of JSC Laguna Vere (swimming pool in Tbilisi center) were made today. In total, 77,306 shares (or 25% of JSC total emission – 307,276 shares) were sold for 4.1 million lari.
Price per share made up 55.44 lari (31,215 shares, worth 1.7 million lari) on first deal and 51.42 lari – on another one (46,091 shares, worth 2.4 million lari). The nominal value is 1 lari per share.
Several OTC deals were already fixed in June on Laguna Vere shares. Total turnover of two deals, conducted on June 7, made 77,306 JSC shares with total cost of 820,614 lari. Price per share made up 9 lari and 13 lari.
Turnover of 17 deals on June 12 made 193,687 shares (or 63%) with total cost of 8.5 million lari. Price per share made up 43.35 lari during all deals.
As for the stock exchange trades, 54,480 shares of Laguna Vere are sold from January until now, worth of 368,012 lari. Average weighted price per share was fixed at 6.755 lari during all trades.
