The Economic Development Minister sold three entities by auction on June 14. Buildings with a land plot of 22566 sq. m and movable property in Mukhiani was acquired by Ertoba Ltd for 335 thousand USD.
The building at #68 9 Aprili St. Dmanisi was bought by a physical entity for a symbolic price - 150 USD. The new owner shall equip the building of 537 sq. m with modern computer technologies and hand over ownership to the local self-government body.
Buildings and a land plot of 20333.54 sq. m in Kiketi (Tbilisi suburb) was bought for 255 thousand USD by a physical entity.
One application was submitted for each of three entities.
