TBC Bank acquired nonresidental area on central Avenue in Tbilisi for $1.42M

TBC-Bank has acquired nonresidential area and shared land plot on Rustaveli Avenue and Griboedov Street crossing on the auction, held recently in Economic Development Ministry.

   

The bank paid $1.42 million instead of starting $1.4 million. Constructions area is 207.8 square m, land plot – 391.3 square m.

   

In total, 15 objects were sold on auction for total sum, exceeding $3.6 million.

   

Among them, LLC Terminal, located in village Adlia (Khelvachauri district of Ajara), was acquired by private individual for $1.02 million. The starting price of LLC, being repeatedly brought on auction, was reduced to $1 million instead of initial $1.5 million.

   

LLC owns land plot of 28,364 square m. Chartered capital amounts to 989,920 lari, account receivable – 26,377 lari.

   

JSC Amber Group Invest Corp. acquired 90% of JSC Bao (state-owned stack, 668,313 shares with nominal value of 1 lari) for $760,000 instead of initial $750,000.

   

JSC Bao is located in Okrokana, resort suburb of Tbilisi. Total area of constructions is 11,068 square m, attached plot – 27,791 square m.
