The Parliament has adopted in third hearing amendments in laws “On Regulating Payment”, “On Electronic Communications” and “On Broadcasting”, applying to regulation fees.
According to amendments in law “On Regulating Fee”, the regulation fee rate is reduced from 1% to 0.5%. Correspondingly, the fee must not exceed 0.5% of total cost (without VAT) of supplied goods (service), subject to regulation.
The same amendments, concerning communications, are made in laws “On Electrical Communications” and “On Broadcasting”.
The amendments will enter into force from January 1, 2008.
