LLC Sakhelmtsipo Urzrunvelkopa (state provision) has repeatedly brought on an auction buildings and land plot on territory of former governmental residence in Krtsanisi, Tbilisi. The initial price does not change ($2.6 million, including VAT).
Land total area makes up 11,556 square m, while total area of buildings (former cattle farm) – 756 square m.
The LLC warns that the private individual occupies one of the buildings, however the seller does not undertake the mentioned defect improvement.
According to the LLC, land plot and constructions are mortgaged for 400,000 EUR.
Applications should be submitted to May 30, while auction should be held on the next day.
