The Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources has announced auction on license for Nabeglavi mineral water bottling. Initial price of 25-year license makes up 2.75 million lari.
Mineral spring is located in Chokhatauri district (Guria region). Daily discharge amounts to 249.5 cubic m, among them 110.5 cubic m accounts for industrial reserve. Companies, which bottled the water currently, use only 25 cubic m daily. Main bottler is the company Tskali Margebeli (Healthy Water).
In accordance with auction terms, mineral water bottling should be launched in 6 months after license receiving. Moreover, capacity should be no less than 75% of industrial reserve.
Applications should be submitted before May 19. Auction will be held on June 13 in the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources.
