With Enterprise Georgia and USAID's Agriculture program's support, Georgian businesses participate in the Gulfood 2021 exhibition - one of the World's Biggest Annual Food & Hospitality Shows.
This is the first physical format international exhibition for Georgia to participate in since the global pandemic crisis began.
The exhibition is traditionally held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is visited by an average of 92,000 visitors annually. It is one of the largest and most important events in the food and beverage sector. Almost all types of product manufacturers can participate in Gulfood, except for the manufacturers of alcoholic beverages.
14 Georgian companies are participating in the exhibition with the support of the agency - Enterprise Georgia. The companies were selected based on criteria developed and approved by the agency and its co-financing mechanism.
The Georgian delegation is presented with various products. The companies mainly display nut or fruit products, natural vegetable and fruit juices, honey, laurel, dried fruit, and tea goods.
