Ministry of Environment Protection and Natural Resources reports on another auction held in terms of "Invest in Fossils" program. LLC New Constructing Technologies acquired license on Utsera mineral water bottling for $11,000 against initial price of $10,000. As the Ministry notes, the company was the only participator of the tender.
License term is 25 years. Daily discharge makes up 187.7 cubic m, out of which 103.6 cubic m is intended for balneological purpose. The winner should implement works of 1 million lari on the mentioned deposit within 2 years.
"Invest in Fossils" project, implemented since the beginning of May, includes 14 objects. Out of the number only 4 licenses were sold (including today's one), while auctions, announced on 7 licenses, failed.
